RETURN ORDERS POLICY

If you wish to exchange or return any item please follow the link below. You must first receive approval before you ship the product.

Returns & exchanges must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order for an exchanged to be honored. Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

In order to return merchandise,you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

We charge a 25% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on SPORTS BRA items due to health reasons. Also on CUSTOM printed t-shirts and tank tops, Please make your selections carefully.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

•RMA number
•Full name and address
•Phone number
•E-mail address
•Packing slip
•Original Order Confirmation Number
•Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to Amazing galaxy co. using a tractable courier. (USPS International, Delivery Confirmation)

Any package tracking information that has not been received by Amazing galaxy co. will be the sole responsibility of the costumer.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to Amazing galaxy co. marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undelivered", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee.

Cancel Your Order:

• Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Exchanges or returns are NOT accepted on SPORTS BRA due to health regulations. These items are final sale.
• Exchanges or returns are NOT accepted on CUSTOM PRINTED T-SHIRTS AND TANK TOPS due to not re-stackable items. These items are final sale. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SIZE BEFORE ORDERING.
• Clearance items are NON-Returnable and are final sale
• Shipping charges are not refundable
• Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value only.
• On all exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for all return charges and will be charged the associated fees to ship out any replacements. This also includes undelivered or refused packages on original orders or exchanges and returns.
• The returned item must be in its original undamaged packaging with no signs of wear, and include all accessories & pieces with the original tags in place. The items must be returned in the original box the order was received in.
• Amazing galaxy co. is not responsible for any lost returned packages.
• We offer our Customer's a 14-day money-back refund on any items (excluding opened or used Products ). The item needs to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item for this 14-day money back to be honored
• Manufacture defect: Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. Any defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
